Booking our gite: L'Ancien Chai

This beautiful gite is available to rent or hire for holidays all year round at the following rates per week.

October to April inclusive:
£350 per week

Christmas, New Year and Easter
£450 per week

May, June & September:
£650 per week.

July & August:
£950 per week.

Terms for renting L'Ancien Chai

A deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable on booking, with the balance 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to departure, payment is required in full.

Linen, lighting and woodburner heating costs are included.

Cleaning is provided, but guests are expected to leave the house in reasonable condition to avoid retention of deposit for additional cleaning after their stay.

A refundable deposit of 25% is required to cover breakages and excess electricity charges.

Holiday bookings run from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am, to allow for cleaning at changeovers.
